Despite not having been there previously I got an emergency appointment within two hours .
Lovely professional, friendly staff . Great equipment and Claire diagnosed problem and explained it really well .
She then telephoned Eye Pavilion and managed to get me an appointment that tea time ! Even gave me a copy of scan to show them in order to expedite things .
Laser surgery for torn retina completed by 7.00 pm!
Brilliant service all round . Definitely making them my regular optician !

We've been going to Ian Cameron and his award winning team for a number of years, after being recommended by a friend, and would never go anywhere else.
We've seen the practice develop, their cutting edge technology moving ahead and staying in front, with a nurturing and knowledgeable team all the way. All of this so important, for as we know, so much can be learned from an eye exam.
Both Andy and I have had eye conditions which have been picked up quickly by their fantastic skills and expertise and we were treated by the wonderful NHS at Eye pavilion.
Not only have I had such great treatment, the whole team is friendly, welcoming and really skilled in helping and guiding to the best choice of eyewear. Great selection of colours, styles and prices in the Frame Room with the option to pay up too if you choose something that's a bit more state of the art- like I'm always drawn to.

I'm loving these hand made Italian designer specs which have really taken me back to my Sicilian roots and given me a real pick up after these last few months! Feeling very lucky to be healthy and be able to feel like myself again.
It's my one area of indulgence as my wardrobe is full of bargain vintage finds - these fit my style perfectly and you cannot put a price on good sight ! Picked up a bargain pair of sunglasses too, a necessity for my eyes right now.
Going back into the space in these challenging times, I felt as looked after and as safe as always.
I have friends with young children who rave about Ian and the team - so a great all round practice for everyone!
