Hyndberry was established in the autumn of 2008 by Catriona Staddon, original chef/proprietor of the highly acclaimed Linlithgow restaurant - Marynka. Setting up and running the restaurant was the fulfillment of a life-long ambition for Catriona. But after eight years of long restaurant hours it was time for a new challenge. This had to combine her passion for fine seasonal Scottish produce with sharing the pleasure of cooking and eating these wonderful ingredients. And so Hyndberry was created.
