We are a Varifocal Specialist Optician. We only use the highest quality lenses when fitting your new prescription to your eyewear. After discussing your needs we can tailor your new lenses based on your specification. This includes Bifocals, Single vision and Varifocal lenses such as Essilor S-Series, Physio and Varilux Comfort. All lenses are available in Polarised or transitions too.Depending on your prescription we can also give options of thinner lenses such as 1.6, 1.67 and 1.74 hi-index lenses.
We know that the best lens designs and coatings optimise your eyesight which means you benefit from noticeably improved vision and reduced eye strain. We use the following brands: Essilor, Zeiss, Hoya and Nikon.

Great experience start to finish. I had two pairs of glasses which i needed Varifocal lenses in. Specsavers quoted an astronomical amount so found this website. Prices are very reasonable, customer service is superb start to finish. Definitely recommended

Excellent company to deal with, helpful people and all at a reasonable cost. Let down by petty Royal Mail who decided to stage an unofficial strike at Newcastle depot which meant I didn't get them when I should've. No fault of lenses in glasses.

Efficient, easy process with a great end product. Had new lenses fitted into my favourite SuperDry frames. very happy with outcome and over 100 cheaper than SpecSavers or Vision Express!

The experience was so seamless and the customer service excellent. MUCH cheaper than the quotes I got from the high street, and the whole process took half as long as they said it would. They even tightened the arms on my glasses. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used Lenses in Glasses many times, and have never been disappointed. Specsavers quoted me nearly double for my most recent pair. I normally purchase a good designer pair online and then send it to Lenses in Glasses to have the lenses fitted. The quality, care and service provided is second to none. Thank you very much!

Highly recommended. I have used these guys on a few occasions now and have always recieved a fantastic and speedy service. Most recently I bought some new frames that I wanted to wear the following weekend so I sent them off by special delivery and paid for the same service for the return and the turn around was less than a week during which time their communication was spot on. Brilliant service! My favourite Ralph Lauren sunglasses lenses were too scratched to see through, so found these guys online. Really simple, quick and friendly service and they had the glasses back in time for my holiday and even fixed the wobbly arms - thank you!

Fantastic service! I went for the thin 1.6 enhanced lenses and they're of a really high quality. Much better than those provided by SpecSavers. When I received the return box it came with a voucher for a free upgrade in lenses. It was nearly expired by the time it turned up due to it being close to Christmas. These guys were awesome though and honoured the voucher anyway!
