Luke Bremner Fitness is an established private personal training studio located in the New Town, central Edinburgh. The studio was opened at this location in April 2014 and since that time we have helped closed to 200 personal clients achieve their health and fitness goals. We have 2 private studio gyms at this location and have a team of 5 expert coaches who provide private 1-to-1 personal training and nutrition coaching to all of our clients. We work with closely with Edinburgh's busy professionals and busy owners who are fed up being tired, stressed-out, unhappy and overweight and are ready to make a change by introducing health & fitness into their lives, and provide a private, safe and professional environment to do so.†

The actual Luke Bremner Fitness gym is clean, has excellent equipment, and is in a private setting, away from any onlookers etc. However, the most important thing about Luke Bremner Fitness is the trainer himself. Luke knows what he is doing, and has a lot of valuable experience and knowledge to share. His training style makes sense to me, and not once did I feel intimidated or unsure during my training. I feel like can trust Luke 100%, and couldnít be more pleased with the results so far. Luke is a complete professional.

Before working with Luke I felt I was wasting my time in the gym as I didn't know how to exercise properly using weights or machines and didn't really know what to eat to help me reach my goals of losing some weight and toning up.
