All new members are required to complete a complete induction processes. This involves a fitness and health assessment which covers all kinds of health and wellbeing, from fitness and diet to motivation and lifestyle. One Spa's Personal Fitness Instructors will then evolve specific training programmes designed to suit individual aims targets. They will ensure that members are comfortable with their programmes and that they are comfortable using all of the equipment.
